These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between peri11 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services provided through the website located at https://peri11.buzz and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, "the Platform").

peri11 operates an online casino and sports betting platform serving players primarily located in Malaysia, including but not limited to individuals in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam. These Terms apply in full to all services offered through the Platform, including live casino games, slot games, sports betting markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, and other events), lottery products, arcade games, and all associated deposit and withdrawal services.

By completing the registration process and/or placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on peri11, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporate entity.
• You are registering voluntarily and not under duress or as a result of any coercion by a third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, or immediate family member of a peri11 employee who may have access to non-public information about Platform operations.
• You have not previously had an Account permanently closed by peri11 for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not a person who has applied for or been placed under a self-exclusion programme with peri11 or any affiliated platform.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and your own — you are not registering using another person's identity.

peri11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the Company may result in Account suspension pending verification.

Registration on peri11 is free of charge. Each Player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) active Account at any given time. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or the same household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are required to provide accurate and current information during registration, including but not limited to: full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification; a valid and active email address; a valid Malaysian mobile telephone number; your date of birth; and a secure password of your own choosing. You agree to update your registered details promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any other authentication details with any third party. peri11 will not be held liable for any financial loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. You must notify peri11 customer support immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Where the Company identifies that a Player has registered multiple Accounts, peri11 reserves the right to: close all duplicate accounts immediately; void all bets and game rounds played across the duplicate accounts; forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds across all accounts; and withhold Real Money Funds pending investigation. Any balance found to be legitimately owned following investigation may be returned, less any losses sustained on the Platform.

peri11 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme as part of its compliance obligations. KYC verification may be requested at any time but will typically be required before processing any withdrawal request, or upon the accumulation of deposits exceeding certain thresholds.

KYC documentation required may include one or more of the following: a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence); a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your registered address (dated within 3 months); screenshot or statement confirming ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet profile screen showing your registered name and phone number); and any additional documentation reasonably requested by the Company's compliance team.

peri11 will endeavour to complete standard KYC reviews within 24-72 business hours of receiving all required documentation. Complex cases or cases requiring manual review by the compliance team may take longer. You will be notified of the outcome via your registered email address. Withdrawals will remain on hold during the verification period.

peri11 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and AmBank), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed within the Platform's Deposit interface at the time of transaction.

Deposits via e-wallet channels (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically reflected in your Account balance within seconds of successful transaction authorisation. Deposits via FPX and DuitNow are typically processed within 5-15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are subject to network confirmation requirements and may take between 15-30 minutes.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited. peri11 reserves the right to return any deposit and close an Account where there is a reasonable suspicion that funds originate from unlawful activity or from a payment instrument not belonging to the registered account holder.

peri11 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, certain payment providers (particularly cryptocurrency network operators) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside the Company's control and are the responsibility of the depositing Player.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions and processing guidelines. peri11 is committed to processing legitimate withdrawal requests promptly — e-wallet withdrawals targeting under 5 minutes, DuitNow/FPX withdrawals within 5-15 minutes, and bank wire transfers within 15-60 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours.

A withdrawal request will only be processed where the Player's Account has passed the required KYC verification level applicable to the withdrawal amount; all applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonus Funds have been satisfied; there are no active investigations or holds on the Account; and the requested withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold displayed in the withdrawal interface.

Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, or to a verified payment method registered under the Player's account. peri11 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in a different name, or unverified cryptocurrency wallet addresses.

peri11 reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal request for up to 72 hours for compliance review purposes. During any active investigation, withdrawal requests may be suspended until the investigation is resolved. Players will be notified of holds where legally permissible.

peri11 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral bonuses (currently MYR 38 per qualifying referral), birthday bonuses (tiered from MYR 188 at Bronze to MYR 2,688 at VIP Diamond), cashback offers, and other time-limited promotions. All bonuses are subject to the terms outlined in this clause and any specific bonus-level terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated per offer) before withdrawal eligibility is activated. Typical multipliers range from 10x to 30x depending on the promotion type.
• Maximum Bet Cap: While Bonus Funds are active in your wallet, individual bets are typically capped at MYR 250-500 per bet/spin. Placing bets above the stated cap during a bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contributions: Slot games generally contribute 100% towards clearing wagering requirements. Table games, live dealer games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%-20%). Fishing games, arcade games, and crash games may have separate contribution rates. Refer to individual bonus terms for specific rates.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirements must be cleared within the validity period stated for the specific promotion (commonly 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from credit). Expired Bonus Funds are automatically forfeited.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions carry a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of the bonus. This cap, where applicable, is stated in the individual promotion terms.

peri11 monitors all Account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent (i.e., "bonus hunting"); using multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once; and collusion between accounts to generate artificial wagering volume. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all Bonus Funds and derived winnings forfeited, and the Account may be permanently closed.

All bets placed on peri11's sports betting markets and casino games are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may supplement these general rules and are published within the relevant betting or gaming interface.

A bet is only considered placed and accepted when it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet ID has been issued. Bets placed at incorrect prices due to system errors, data feed errors, or human input errors may be voided by peri11 at its reasonable discretion, regardless of whether those bets appear to have been accepted by the system at the time of placement.

Bets may be declared void where: the underlying event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; a data feed error resulted in incorrect odds being published; the bet was placed on an event for which insufficient information was available to set fair odds; or any other circumstance arises that renders a bet outcome indeterminate or manifestly unfair as determined by the Company.

Live (in-play) betting on events including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other sporting events is subject to potential delays in odds updates. peri11 is not liable for any losses arising from the Player placing bets during a period when live odds have not yet reflected a significant in-game event (e.g., a goal that has already been scored at the time of bet placement).

The Company may impose maximum payout limits per event, per market, or per betting period. Maximum payout limits applicable to each market are displayed within the betting interface. peri11 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet size accepted from any individual Player at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the peri11 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Account per individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, macros, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, mathematical errors, or data feed delays to gain an unfair advantage ("advantage play" in circumstances where the advantage arises from a Platform error).
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, split profits artificially, or generate artificial wagering volume for bonus clearing purposes.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering through the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome by exploiting pricing differences across markets or between different accounts.
• Accessing the Platform if you are a self-excluded Player or a person under a court-imposed or regulatory gambling restriction.
• Conducting any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Platform's technical infrastructure, security systems, or data integrity.

peri11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, for any of the following reasons: breach of any provision of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of Suspicious Activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; at the request of law enforcement or a regulatory authority; or at the Player's own request (voluntary closure).

Players may request voluntary closure of their Account by contacting peri11 customer support at any time. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account wallet (net of pending bonus requirements) will be refunded via the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an Account is closed by the Company due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited without recourse. Real Money Funds may be withheld pending the resolution of any open investigation. Once the investigation concludes, legitimate Real Money Funds not found to be connected to any prohibited activity will be returned to the Player.

peri11 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following player protection tools, all accessible directly through Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from peri11 may contact customer support to apply a permanent self-exclusion. This cannot be reversed once applied.

All content on the peri11 Platform — including but not limited to the peri11 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, software, and data — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any peri11 intellectual property without the prior written consent of the Company.

Unauthorised scraping, mirroring, copying, or redistribution of any peri11 Platform content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, peri11 and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for: any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings; any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform; any technical failures, service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches beyond the Company's reasonable control; or losses arising from the Player's own breach of these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While peri11 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous service availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times and accept no liability for any inconvenience or loss arising from downtime, maintenance, or technical issues.

peri11 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide reasonable notice to Players via email (to the registered account email address) or through a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 7 days prior to the amended terms taking effect. Non-material clarifications may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.1.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting peri11 customer support and providing full details of the complaint.

peri11 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 72 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures applicable under the governing legal framework, or to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as appropriate.
